Bogus Websites stating there Free when actually there not

Hands up all of you that have signed up for a forum or information service that is advertised as free and later found out that you actually have to pay.

There is nothing more annoying than spending hours filling in lengthy forms in the hope that you will get some free advice.
you get to the end then you see it !! that VISA MASTERCARD SIGN!!

Why do website do this ?
Simple a percentage of people have spent so much time and effort filling in the forms that they eventually pay.

There should be more regulation on sites falsely advertising free advice and information.

I recently launched a totally free computer help forum with simple easy and quick signup,people get quick answers to there posted P.C problems

Response so far has been slow , I can only assume that one bitten twice shy , people probably think that we will charge them like all the others.

Let me state categorically that this is a totally free forum

How to Get real traffic to your website

A website with no traffic is useless , no matter how good a design it is ,If people cannot find you or do not know you exist then it is not going to work.

I get phone calls everyday from SEO companies promising me the earth 1 position google 1 position yahoo for just one small monthly fee!!

This raises the question if they are so good at SEO why are they not creating multiple websites and promoting them!!! surely they would make more money.

Ok let me clear this up first "I HATE SEO COMPANIES!!" they are annoying they employ heavy handed sales teams and worst of all 98% of them do little to improve your search engine ranking.

I have always thought SEO companies exist for lazy people who cannot be bothered to do alittle research and plenty of typing.

Right so how can you get to the top of Google for your given search phrase for free?

Simple create completely unique content and lots of it ,when I say lots of it think like 3 article a day for about two years.

mmm I hear you say thats a long time well there is another way.

How many friends do you have? when I say friends I mean real ones ,not the ones that come round to see you just so they can drink your beer and look at your pretty wife.

lets say you have 20 friends including family members , send them all an email telling them that if they dont write you an article around your given subject then you will lose your house and your puppy will have to be shot because you cannot afford to feed it , Your wife is going to have to work the streets and you will have to tell all your "real friends that you are a selfish good for nothing bum". Once they have taken the bait ask them to ask all there friends and family in the same way.

I used this technique on one of my websites and had 3000 articles within 2 months!! a broken nose and two broken ribs , WELL WORTH IT!!

Ok thats the content sorted , now you need more , you need back links.

This one of my favorites.
If you was to pay for every backlink you could spend thousands of dollars every year.

DONT DO THAT!!! your suppost to be making money not spending it.

ok lets say you invest $300 on a brand new low spec laptop.
Right create a blog such as this one and have a raffle / Competition for a brand new laptop.

How do they enter the competition , simple all they have to do is put a link to your site on theres.
The site that generates the most unique traffic in a 3 month period wins the laptop.

This works believe me , I have tried it.

Once you have got some traffic coming to your site then you can focus on getting even more content , checkout my other blog advertising comps.

See you can be a lazy person and make money from your website.

Now all you need is to slap some google adsense on your site and start converting that quality traffic into revenue.

Hope this helps if not well at least you tried (so your not lazy after all).

Oh and by the way it will help because I know what I'm talking about so do it and let me know how well it works for you.

If it dont work then your basically a failure and you deserve everything you get, which will probably include your pretty wife having the best love making with all of your 20 friends.
